(8) Migi (Hidari) -shizume (Sinking body obliquely forward)
Pivot your right foot obliquely rightward on its ball of sole, then bend your right knee, and
simultaneously, bring Your left foot backwards by a big pace.
Raise both your arms up to your shoulder level, clenching lightly both your hands and facing the back of your hand outward respectively.
Pivoting your right foot obliquely leftward on its ball of sole, straighten your right leg, and simultaneously, bring back your left foot on its previous position.
Place back your arms along the sides of your body.



Assume natural standing posture.
Pivot your left foot obliquely leftward on its ball of sole, then bend your left knee, and simultaneously, bring your right foot backwards by a big pace.
Raise both your arms up to your shoulder level, clenching lightly both your hands and facing the back of your hand outward respectively.
Pivoting your left foot obliquely rightward on its ball of sole, straighten your left leg, and simultaneously, bring back your right foot on its previous position.
Place back your arms along the sides of your body.
Assume natural standing posture.

(9) Hiza-ate (Kick with knee)
From natural standing posture, kick at the testicles of your imaginary opponent who stands in front of you and facing you, with your right knee, straightening the toes downward.
Bring back your right foot on its previous position and assume natural standing posture.




Kick at the testicles of your imaginary opponent who stands in front of you and facing you, with your left knee, straightening the toes downward.
Bring back your left foot on its previous position and assume natural posture.
