(6) Migi (Hidari) Maware (Turning backwards clockwise or counter-clockwise)

From natural standing posture, turn your body backwards and rightward by about 180°, pivoting your left foot clockwise on its ball of sole and keeping the gravity of your body as low as possible.

Assume natural standing posture.

Turn your body backwards and leftward by about 180°, pivoting your left foot counter clockwise on its ball of sole and keeping the gravity of your body as low as possible.

Assume natural standing posture.

From natural standing posture, turn your body backwards and leftward by about 180°, pivoting your right foot counter-clockwise on its ball of sole and keeping the gravity of your body as low as possible.

Assume natural standing posture.

Turn your body backwards and rightward by about 180°, pivoting your right foot clockwise on its ball of sole and keeping the gravity of your body as low as possible. Assume natural standing posture.

(7) Mae-shizume (Sinking body forward)

From natural standing posture, bend your left knee, and simultaneously, bring your right foot backwards by a big pace. Raise both your arms up to your shoulder level, clenching lightly both your hands and facing the back of your hand outward respectively.

Straighten your left leg, and simultaneously, bring back your right foot on its previous position. Place back your arms along the sides of your body.

From natural standing posture, bend your right knee, and simultaneously, bring your left foot backwards by a big pace. Raise both your arms up to your shoulder level, clenching lightly both your hands and facing the back of your hand outward respectively.

Straighten your right leg, and simultaneously, bring back your left foot on its previous position. Place back your arms along the sides of your body.
